Nowadays, TatraMed specializes in radiology diagnostics systems, radiology, surgical treatment planning systems and medical robotics, mainly:
- Stereotactic neurosurgery planning,
- Patient archiving and communication systems (PACS) for radiology diagnostics and clinical viewing,
- Filmless hospital technologies,
- Radiotherapy planning,
- System for Medical robotics, planning and control of assistant surgical robot.
The company is located in Bratislava - the capital of Slovakia, centre of research and home of two big universities, close to the highway hub Praha-Bratislava-Budapest-Vienna and international airports of Bratislava and Vienna ( Vienna International ).
Tatramed employs a team of top-ranking software engineers, graduated either on the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Informatics of the Comenius University (computer graphics) or the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology of the Slovak Technical University (software engineering) in Bratislava.
